So I’m sure as most of you know finals are just around the corner meaning places like the library are going to be packed full of people most of the day and night. Other places around campus have opened up their doors to help students as well. Marianist is a great place to study. The second floor is full of nooks where you can bring your stuff and camp out all day long. Another great place to study is in KU. On the first floor there is a room with a fire place, (better known as the torch lounge) where you can sit in a comfortable seat and enjoy the peace and serenity that it has to offer. One thing that I have learned this past semester is that each dorm facility is equipped with study rooms. These rooms are designed for students to maximize their potential while not having to walk very far to obtain peace and quiet. The library has extended hours during the week of finals. They do this to accommodate everyone to their own study habits. The rec plex bring in masseuses to help ease the stress that finals can bring to everyone.
