Stander Event Day

So oh what a day on Wednesday!!!!!!!!!! It was busier than on a day when I have normal class. I went to the symposiums that dealt with Africa and Flyer Enterprise. Both of these were quite interesting. I found that I was more engaged and involved in Africa’s presentation than I was the one about flyer enterprise. During Africa I learned a lot about the growing problems and already existing issues. My awareness increased on genocide, child marriage, slavery, and many violations on human rights. The message that was trying to be gotten across was just primarily awareness. I feel that the more people that know about these pressing issues the better. Flyer enterprises was just an entirely different experience. I really didn’t learn anything. I felt like they were just pressing all of us in the room to stop by Art Street and spend more money! HAHA it made me feel as if I was just part of a sales and marketing technique. But overall it was a good experience and I enjoyed the day.
